Free WiFi was a hoot, really enjoyed hiking nearby. The airport was conveniently far, but not too far. Washing machine made me feel like a domestic goddess.
Oh, I just loved not having a car park for my hire car. Such a delightful treasure hunt every time I wanted to park.

I absolutely adored the charming and authentic fisherman's cottage we stayed in. The decoration was simply delightful, with all the little details that made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The general areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the cottage. The stairs were manageable, and the location allowed me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have clearer instructions for the hot water switch upon arrival. It took me a bit of time to figure it out, and I felt a bit hesitant to bother the young staff at the Mote with my questions.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the cottage, it truly felt like stepping back in time. The cozy furniture and beautiful artwork created an inviting and homely atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with comfortable seating and no stairs to navigate. It was a delight to relax and enjoy the ambience of the cottage.
It would have been even more enjoyable if there were staff available to assist senior guests with any specific needs. A little extra support from the friendly children working there would have made the vacation even better for us elderly visitors.

We had a lovely stay at a cottage in a great location close to amenities and the seafront, just like in the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the added treats left for us during our Christmas stay. The cottage had so much more room than we expected and was very warm with toiletries provided. The secret garden was a nice bonus and we even spent time there. The kitchen met our needs and the new bathroom was very nice.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super fabulous, right in the heart of a charming village. The cottage is so much more spacious than the photos suggest, with three floors of comfort and a cozy bedroom for our son. The added extras like toiletries and clean, comfortable bedding were a pleasant surprise. We loved having our own private garden to relax as a family. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the flat-screen TV and Apple TV were great for entertainment. The owners even run a fantastic restaurant nearby, where we enjoyed delicious food and stunning sunset views. The proximity to the beach and friendly locals made our stay even more jaw-dropping. Can't wait to go back! PS: Free Wi-Fi, no smoking on site, and lots of outdoor activities available like hiking, canoeing, and fishing.
